Mailing/Packaging Instructions
Please follow all mailing instructions correctly to ensure that your precious inclusions arrive to me safely. Please use a SMALL bubble mailer to post.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours containing the address to mail your inclusions to. The address is not listed on the website for privacy reasons. If you are ordering from the UK, please contact me after you have placed your order for the mailing address.
If you do not see the email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your inbox, junk, or spam folder. If it is still not there, kindly email me at lovedbeyondmeasure_x@hotmail.com.
Please note: The turnaround time begins once your inclusions have been received and checked in.
Breastmilk - Packaging Instructions
For one keepsake piece of jewellery, please send 5-10ml of breastmilk. If you do not have this amount I can work with as little as 2ml. Ensure the milk is fully defrosted before and during shipping. Any expressed breastmilk can be used, whether it is 1 year old or 10 years old.
- Double bag, or better yet, triple bag your milk using breastmilk storage bags.
- Remove as much air from the bags as possible before sealing to decrease the chances of the bags popping during transit.
- Do not send your milk in containers as they are likely to leak.
- Label the outer bag with your name and order number.
- If sending more than one milk, clearly indicate which milk is to be used for each piece.
- Important: Please do not send the last of your milk as there is always a risk of it getting lost/damaged during transit.
Packaging:
- Use a SMALL, padded bubble mailer (envelope).
- Include your full name and return address on the package.
- Make sure you keep your tracking number and your receipt.
Any breastmilk that is preserved and not used in your keepsake will be kept safely with me in the case that you wish to have something else made in the future.
Cremated remains (ashes) - Packaging Instructions
For one keepsake piece of jewellery, please send ½-1 teaspoon of ashes. I may not use the entire amount, but I prefer having enough to work with. If you do not have this quantity that also fine, I can work with what you have.
- Double bag, or better yet, triple bag the ashes using good quality sandwich bags. Remove as much air from the bags as possible to prevent damage during transit.
- Label the outer bag with your name and order number.
- Important: Please do not send the last of your loved one's ashes as there is always a risk of it getting lost during transit.
Packaging:
- Use a SMALL, padded bubble mailer (envelope).
- Include your full name and return address on the package.
- Make sure you keep your tracking number and your receipt.
Any unused ashes will be returned with your finished piece(s). If any ashes are mixed with resin and not used in your jewellery, they will be made into a small pocket keepsake gift.
Hair/fur - Packaging Instructions
I can work with as little as one strand of hair/fur. To visibly be able to see the hair/fur in your keepsake 10-20 strands is preferred. Any length is necessary however depending on this will depend on how your hair will look in your precious keepsake.
- Note: The final placement of the hair may vary as it naturally moves in different ways.
- Place the hair in tissue paper and fold the tissue over securing the hair.
- Double bag, or better yet, triple bag the hair/fur using good quality sandwich bags.
- Remove as much air from the bags as possible to prevent damage during transit.
- Label the outer bag with your name and order number.
- Important: Please do not send the last of your loved one's hair as there is always a risk of it getting lost during transit.
Packaging:
- Use a SMALL, padded bubble mailer (envelope).
- Include your full name and return address on the package.
- Make sure you keep your tracking number and your receipt.
Any hair/fur that is not used in your keepsake will be mailed back to you.
Placenta - Packaging Instructions
For one keepsake piece of jewellery, please send two placenta encapsulations, if you have not had your placenta encapsulated. If you haven't had your placenta encapsulated, remove a piece roughly the size of your thumb nail whilst it is fresh or frozen. Use a dehydrator on a setting and time until the placenta is dry enough to snap easily. If you do not have a dehydrator, please use google to find alternative methods on dehydrating. Do not send fresh or frozen placenta.
- Wrap the encapsulation/dried placenta in tissue paper and place into good quality sandwich bag or paper envelope.
- Label the outer bag with your name and order number.
- Important: Please do not send the last of your placenta as there is always a risk of it getting lost during transit.

- Include your full name and return address on the package.
- Make sure you keep your tracking number and your receipt.
Umbilical Cord - Packaging Instructions
For one keepsake piece of jewellery, please send 1/4 - 1/2 of dried umbilical stump. Allow the umbilical cord to detach naturally. Before sending allow the stump to dry naturally for a minimum of 4 weeks before sending. Do not send umbilical cord that is not fully dried.
- Wrap the umbilical stump in tissue paper and place into a good quality sandwich bag or paper envelope.
- Label the outer bag with your name and order number.
- Important: Please do not send the last of your umbilical stump as there is always a risk of it getting lost during transit.
Packaging:
- Use a SMALL, padded bubble mailer (envelope).
- Include your full name and return address on the package.
- Make sure you keep your tracking number and your receipt.

- Grave dirt/soil/sand from special places
- Dried flowers
- Feathers
- Fabric
