Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Each piece is unique and has been created for you specifically and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
Before placing your order please be 100% on your ring size, the printable ring size chart is only a guide and it is highly encouraged to be measured correctly by a jeweller, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted if you have ordered the wrong ring size.
Any plated items i.e. rose gold/gold plated will eventually wear to expose the sterling silver underneath. This is normal and we cannot guarantee how long the plating will last; please be mindful of this before placing your order in any plating material. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the plating on your item has worn.
Because the keepsake stones are handmade, they can have slight imperfections such as air bubbles, mold lines or bead caps not sitting 100% flush this is all within the normal range of handmade jewellery. Of course, I will always try to create your jewellery so it is perfect however, please be aware that these small imperfections can happen.
Refunds
All Items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Before any exchanges are accepted you will be responsible for mailing the original product back to us.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged within the first 12 months of you receiving your order. Beyond the 12 months we cannot offer any exchanges.
The above exchange policy does not include breastmilk stones that have yellowed. If there has been an error with the preservation process of your milk which has caused the stone to yellow this will happen within the first 30 days. If yellowing has occurred within the 30 days of you receiving your jewellery I will happily replace/repair your keepsake. If after 30 days no exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to (contact us for mailing address)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
